Terms of service

By creating an account or using DigitalHike you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

DigitalHike provides hosted software for project management and collaboration. Features may change as we ship improvements; we aim to avoid disruptive changes without notice for paid workspaces where contractually required.

2. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no attempting to break isolation between workspaces or organizations, no abuse of APIs or automation in a way that harms other tenants or infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

3. Accounts & billing

Fees, trials, and renewals follow the plan shown at signup or in your billing screen. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current where self-serve billing is enabled.

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your content. We retain rights to the platform, branding, and underlying software. Do not reverse-engineer the service to build a competing hosted clone.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing law

Specify governing law and venue in your commercial agreement; this public summary is informational — enterprise customers should execute a separate contract.
